“I would not have made it through my mother’s passing without them.”

Their support during my mother’s final months was something I will never forget. They were steady, compassionate, and there for me in every way.

About Us

For more than 20+ years, families have turned to Senior Management Services to make sure their loved ones are safe, supported, and never navigating the healthcare system alone.

Senior Management Services is a team of Geriatric Care Managers serving older adults and families across Central Pennsylvania. Since 1990, we’ve helped families navigate the often confusing maze of healthcare, senior care, and community resources with clarity, compassion, and confidence.

Aging brings questions, decisions, and challenges and you shouldn’t have to figure it all out on your own. Our role is to help you understand your options, coordinate the right services, and ensure your loved one receives consistent, high-quality support, whether they live at home, in assisted living, or a nursing facility.

We know that families can’t always be close by. Sometimes work, distance, or daily responsibilities make it impossible to monitor every detail of a loved one’s care. That’s why we provide local oversight, professional coordination, and trustworthy advocacy, giving families peace of mind no matter where they live.

Our care managers work directly with older adults to assess needs, evaluate community and care options, coordinate services, and monitor safety and well-being. We also support caregivers, guide families through complex decisions, and act as a reliable partner throughout the aging journey.
